A new Analytics page: see how your automation runs, fails and spends

Analytics now shows the health of every flow over the whole period you choose, with the change since the last period: why runs fail and how fast they recover, credits and AI spend, connection health, adoption, and how AI assistants use your workspace.

Everything in one place

Pick a period (today, 7, 30 or 90 days, or your own dates), narrow it to a project, a flow or how runs start, and every figure follows. Each figure shows the change since the previous period, and the view lives in the link, so you can bookmark it or share it.

What you can see

  • Overview: runs, success rate, failed runs, run time, records moved and active flows, with runs over time and how runs start.
  • Flows: every flow's runs, success rate, run time and last failure. Select a flow to see the whole page for that flow alone.
  • Reliability: why runs fail, in plain words (a sign-in that expired, data an app rejected, a step that needs a setting), with what to do about each. The flows and steps that fail most, and how long flows take to recover.
  • Usage & cost: credits by flow, AI calls and cost by model, and where your credits will land by the end of the billing period at the current pace.
  • Connections: which connections need attention or are about to expire, and how many runs a lapsed sign-in stopped.
  • Adoption: active flows, new flows, people and projects.
  • AI assistants: how Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps use your workspace: tool calls, which tools, which apps, who, and the flows they ran.

Who sees what

People see analytics for the projects they can open. Owners and admins, and anyone given the new View all analytics permission, see the whole workspace. Overview, Flows and AI assistants are on every plan for the last 30 days. The other sections, longer ranges, custom dates and CSV export come with Growth and Enterprise.

Improved

  • The dashboard's Overview uses the same figures as Analytics, so the two always agree.
  • A flow's success rate now counts only runs that finished; cancelled runs are left out.

Fixed

  • Run counts on the dashboard's data card were counted twice. They are now correct.
