AI assistant access, clearer templates and better data mapping

Manage your flows from AI assistants such as Claude, see exactly how a template runs before you install it, and move order lines and other nested data between apps without duplicates.

New: manage flows from your AI assistant

Connect OctaviaFlow to AI assistants such as Claude. From a conversation you can list, create, update and duplicate flows, run them and read their results. You approve the connection once, and the assistant acts with your own access.

New: template details that show how they run

Each template now shows:

  • How it runs: its steps in order, from trigger to the final step.
  • You'll connect: the apps and resources you'll be asked for.
  • About: what it does and how to adapt it.

Your dashboard shows full rows of templates, starting with ones for the apps you've already connected.

Improved: lists of lines, from any app to any app

  • Orders, invoices and other records with line items move between apps as a single record with its lines.
  • Find by looks up an existing record by a reference field before writing.
  • Rerunning a flow replaces lines instead of adding copies, for example Shopify orders to Odoo sales orders, or to QuickBooks invoices.
  • QuickBooks line amounts are worked out from quantity × unit price when not mapped.

Improved: organise your flows

  • Move a flow to another project. An active flow is paused first.
  • Archive a flow you no longer need, and restore it as a draft later.

Fixed

  • Record counts in run summaries are no longer counted twice for some updates.
  • A query that stops at its own limit is now logged as information, not as a warning.
  • Security hardening across the platform.
